Easter Gifts
It's the last few days before Easter however, there are much more gifts to be had for the kids. If you haven't had time to do the shopping necessary do not feel bad. This is where I come in and make life much easier for you.
Let's start off with toys for the little ones since they are the ones that's most important and looking for Easter gifts. Time is everything, but have no fear, there's much time left to purchase and have it delivered on time before Easter. In many instances there are next day delivery or two (2) days delivery available.
Some of the most traditional gifts for Easter are the Easter Baskets, Easter Bunny and most of all Easter eggs. Do not panic, there's still much time to shop for Easter. Select your gift of choice now.

Time Changed To Daylight Savings Time Today
Have you changed your clock time? If you haven't already please turn your clock forward one hour. We are now using daylight savings time for the next six months. Which means the little ones will have to get up earlier in the morning for school. This is the time of the year many of us dislike because our morning starts earlier. Not only kids but adults alike dislike rising early in the morning. "Time to get up" as I would often say to my two little brats. One dislikes getting up early while the other is always easy to rise and begin his day.
Encourage your children to go to bed early so they can be well rested and get up on time. In the beginning of a time change it is always difficult on the kids. It will take a few weeks for them to adjust to the new change in time. After all, we are only human and time will tell.
Our evenings are longer which gives t he kids much more daylight to play. This is the great part of this new time change while the bad part is trying or being able to get up early in the morning. To fight this battle I suggest going to bed early to ensure a good, long night's rest so you can rise in time without any difficulty when morning comes.
Enjoy your new time change, I think it's the best time of the year. So be sure to set your alarm to get up on time to start your day.

Doc McStuffins still buzzing with major fan fare
The Doc McStuffins brand remains popular today after a long lay off and in some cases more popular than its original debut. Kids are excited when they see the McStuffins brand on TV and on store shelves. I have personally seen kids crying and throwing a hissy fuss when visiting stores over the Doc McStuffins brand.

Flu Reaches Epidemic Porportions in US
There's currently a flu outbreak within the United States of epidemic porportions and it has many health experts concerned. According to the CDC this is the most cases of flu they have seen this time of year in over a decade.
Why is this year's flu causing more severe cases?
The type of flu that is going around is called Influenza A (H3N2), which is often linked to more serious diseases than other flu varieties, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health, told CNN. People could get more complications from this particular strain, which would make them sick for a longer period of time.
What is flu?
As per WebMD. "Influenza, commonly shortened to "flu," is an extremely contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza A or B viruses. Flu appears most frequently in winter and early spring. The flu virus attacks the body by spreading through the upper and/or lower respiratory tract". Flu like symptoms can be prevented by frequent washing of hands throughout the day, avoiding large crowds such as parties, gatherings and functions. According to the CDC flu kills about 36,000 people in the united states each year, thought the range varies greatly each year.Most deaths are caused by complications from the flu.
If I Get the flu should I go to the emergency room?
You should go to the ER immediately if:
-- You have difficulty breathing or have pain in your chest
-- You can't keep fluids down because of nausea and vomiting
-- Your fever or cough gets better, then worsens

Recovering After The Christmas Holiday
The Christmas holiday is finally over, talk about exhausting from the process of holiday shopping and hosting family and friends. The kids are finally going back to school tomorrow so we are doing their final shopping. Hair cut and styling being done today then a final trip to the mall for the last few items before returning to school tomorrow.
